2. Data processed and purposes

Through the contact form we collect your name, phone, email and message, only to answer your request and, if you wish, start the assistance. If you mention health data (e.g. injuries) in your message, we process it only with your explicit consent (Art. 9.2.a GDPR) and only to assess your case: please include only what is necessary. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6.1.a). The hosting provider may log technical browsing data (e.g. IP address) for security and operation.

3. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a relationship starts, for the periods required by law.

4. Recipients

Data is processed by authorised staff and technical providers (hosting, email). It is not disseminated. It may be shared with partner professionals (appraisers, medico-legal experts, lawyers) only when necessary for your case.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to the contacts above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

This site does not use profiling cookies or tracking tools. It only uses browser storage (technical tools, no consent required) to remember your language and that you have seen this notice. If statistics tools or third-party content are added in the future, we will ask for your consent before activating them. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook lead to external sites with their own policies.
